HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

Before purchasing, view the size chart for accurate measurements. Compare those measurements to one of your best fitting clothing.

HOW DO I USE MY MESSYTEDDY.COM WELCOME PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Please enter and also apply your promotional code on the CHECKOUT page (by clicking on “Apply”, to the right of the “Discount Code” box), then complete your order.  Please check that your promo code has been acknowledged, before you finalize your messyteddy.com order.  

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MY BILL PAYMENT?

All transactions are processed through our secure payment platform and all data transactions are encrypted. Credit card information is not stored unless you choose to create an account and save your credit card information for future orders.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?

No, duties are included in the final price.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF SHIPPING IN US AND CANADA?

Free Shipping and Returns in US and Canada over $89. For orders below $89 the standard shipping fee is $8.

WHAT IS THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY?

Free international shipping over $89, returns at costumer expenses. To initiate a return please send us an email at shop@messyteddy.com and provide your order number.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ONLINE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED/SHIPPED?

After your order has been placed, you will receive an auto-generated Order Confirmation email from messyteddy.com outlining the details of your order.  Following shipment, you will also receive an auto-generated Shipping Confirmation email, with your tracking information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days, and can take 3-5 business days to arrive.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We offer Express 3-Day Shipping (which means three business days, starting the following business day after your order has shipped) for an extra shipping fee. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number. You can also track your order here by entering your email and order number.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Please go to the RETURNS & EXCHANGES page to start you return/exchange, add your order number and email there and follow the steps. If you are having trouble please contact us at shop@messyteddy.com and we'll be able to assist you, please make sure to include your order number on the email.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE PART/ALL OF MY MESSYTEDDY.COM ORDER?

Please check your email (including your junk folder) and telephone messages, to receive any urgent notification from us regarding a possible issue relating to your online order (ie:  out of stock merchandise, merchandise substitutions, payment method security flags, etc.).  If you haven’t heard from us, then please contact us by email at shop@messyteddy.com and include your telephone number with your inquiry, so that we may reach you during our standard business hours (Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST).
